Want to improve your skills as an offshore skipper...?

There are many ways to do this, and as usual, experience and time spent on the flybridge of a game boat is without doubt the best way to do it. However, there's no doubt that learning from the experience of others is also an excellent way to do this, and with the right lecturer, the Coastal Maritime Operations course currently delivered at some TAFE institutions by highly experienced skippers is time well spent.
